Welcome to the Conger Beach Weather Station in Port Huron Michigan.
This is a private amateur weather station located on the western shore of Lake Huron about four-tenths of a mile north of the Fort Gratiot Lighthouse which is about four-tenths of a mile north of the Blue Water Bridges in Port Huron Michigan.
The Station is about 100' from the water's edge. Its about 40' above lake level in an effort to minimize the effect of trees and buildings to the west which his has helped reduce that effect. Even so wind speed and direction data from the westerly directions may be adversely affected
with conditions quite different out on the lake.
